Refund Policy for NVIDIA Ising AI

Thank you for choosing NVIDIA Ising AI ("we," "us," or "our"). If your purchase does not meet your expectations, please review the refund terms below.

This policy applies to eligible digital products, subscriptions, credits, or paid access features purchased through isingai.net.

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility

• The purchase must be associated with a valid NVIDIA Ising AI account and include enough order information for us to review it.
• The plan or credit purchase must be unused or substantially unused where applicable.

Please note: Consumed credits, fully delivered one-time services, and purchases materially used before the refund request are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to support@isingai.net and include:

• Your account email address
• Your order or payment reference
• The reason for the refund request

Review and Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that the refund amount may be subject to a processing fee not exceeding 6% of the initial payment amount.
